Quality scorecard

To ensure that quality in Life Healthcare is consistent and measured across all our units, we have developed a quality scorecard. The quality scorecard objectives are reviewed annually to incorporate feedback from customers/patients and their families, identified trends regarding the most prominent quality risks and the key goals and objectives of clinical outcomes improvement.
